Dear Readers,
This website began as a blog circa 2018, which I had started with the intention of journaling my way through completion of my Doctor of Education degree. Somehow I imagined that I would have time and energy to do that and do it well.
Yikes! I was mistaken.
I was able to defend my dissertation on 11 March 2020, just three days before the COVID-19 pandemic shuttered schools. I then thought that “living in quarantine” would afford me time to get back into blogging.
Yikes! I was mistaken, again! Who knew that working from home would demand 200% more effort than working inside of a school?
Now that some years have passed, my degree is complete, I have more time to write… correct?
Wrong again!
However, I am seeking to expand my sometimes halfhearted blog into a professional portfolio of sorts. Though my posts and page updates may be few and far between, I hope to eventually find a true purpose for this site.
